... php is top 5 most used lang, as well as visual basic. Each one has users probably double of Perl or Python.

It'd really benefit emacs to include them out of the box.

No php, visual basic support by default. What kind of incredible motherfucking fuckup is that? No wonder people dont use emacs, yet the emacs developer tech geeking fuckheads don't comprehend it.
